Project Performance

Project Performance

The use of project methods, project plans and status reports is no guarantee for a successful project. A good result requires interaction between several different factors, e.g. that:

  • the project participants cooperate actively and the dialogue between them works
  • the demands are thoroughly rooted and prepared on the right level
  • the change management functions in a structured manner
  • the project participants have the right competences for the project

IT Optima assists organisations in focusing on important aspects of their project work with only a few days of effective involvement from the organisation.

At an early stage in the process, a Project Performance survey can establish whether or not the projects are developing in the right direction and, subsequently, help organisations take the necessary steps to improve their project work.

In other words, the purpose of Project Performance is to establish a baseline for selected ongoing projects, and suggest changes for improvement.
