SPRINT Survey

Working iteratively and implementing Scrum may prove to be a diffi cult process. As a result, IT Optima – in cooperation with Trifork – has developed a Sprint Survey, which makes it easy, quick and manageable to gather experience after each individual sprint.

Sprint Survey is a tool designed to create and present important information to the project owner, steering group, etc. by offering them an overview of the project state. Sprint Survey supports the iterative process, making it possible to follow the developments in the project while at the same time pinpointing matters that need to be changed in order to improve the process.

Sprint Survey is a web-based survey which, in conjunction with e.g. Burndown charts, Sprint Backlogs and other tools, provides a quick and factual overview of the progress of project sprints.
