When is ERP Benchmarking used?

ERP Benchmarking is used as part of a general IT goal strategy and decision support before, during and after large investments, outsourcing, optimization, reorganization, service contract maintenance etc.

ERP Benchmarking consists of 2 sub analyses, an ERP User Survey and an ERP Measurement, which combined, provide an effective overview of the ERP system in the company.
